JobSheet is a free tool for writing a field-service work order and downloading it as a PDF. It is provided as-is, without a warranty of fitness for a particular trade, tax rule, or customer dispute.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, addresses, measurements, prices, and statements you enter. The line totals are quantity times unit price, rounded to cents. They are not tax, they are not a legal invoice unless you decide they are, and they are not a substitute for your bookkeeping.

JobSheet does not provide electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trade instruction, and it does not decide whether your work requires a license, permit, or inspection. Follow the rules that apply to your work.

The customer acknowledgement is text you show them. It is not a contract drafted for your business. If you need warranty or payment terms, write them in the recommendations in your own words or attach your own document.

Do not upload or store data in the draft that you are not allowed to keep on that device. Because the draft is local, protecting the phone or laptop is your responsibility.
