Job details stay on the device.
When you create a work order, the customer name, address, notes, prices, photos, and signature are written to this browser’s local storage under the key jobsheet:draft:v1. The PDF is built in the browser. JobSheet does not receive that file.
There is no account in this version, so there is no password and no server profile. Clearing the draft inside the generator, or clearing site data in the browser, deletes the copy JobSheet can see. A PDF you already downloaded is a file on your device and is not deleted by clearing the draft.
Internal notes are stored with the draft and are omitted from the on-screen customer preview and from the PDF. They are still on the device. Do not put secrets in a shared browser.
The default build does not load analytics. If you set PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID to your own GA4 measurement ID, the site can send page views and product events such as pdf_generated to Google. Those events are not supposed to include customer names, addresses, photos, or prices. Leave the variable blank to keep the requests off.
A Search Console verification token, if you set PUBLIC_GSC_VERIFICATION, is placed in a meta tag so you can verify a domain you control. It is empty unless you add it.
The contact page does not transmit your message. It opens your own email app addressed to jimmykelis41@gmail.com, and anything you send arrives as a normal email.
JobSheet does not sell personal information. There is no customer list to sell.
